- Sign Up Free - Create your free account with email verification. Get 10 minutes of AI-powered recording — no credit card needed.
- Record Your Meeting - Open CueNotes.ai alongside your meeting app (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Choose a playbook, name your meeting, and hit record. Live transcription appears instantly.
- Review & Export - When the meeting ends, CueNotes.ai generates a summary, action items, topics, playbook scores, and next steps. Export as PDF, Word, or email.
Tutorial 1: Recording a Meeting
- Open Your Dashboard - Log in and you'll see a New Meeting card and your plan/usage info.
- Set Up Your Meeting - Type a meeting title, choose your audio source (Microphone, System Audio, or Both — available on all plans), and select a playbook.
- Choose a Playbook - Select from 7 built-in playbooks or your custom ones. The AI tracks discussion points automatically.
- Start Recording - Click Start Recording and allow microphone access. Live transcription and playbook tracking appear side by side.
- During Your Meeting - Speech is transcribed in real time. Playbook items get auto-checked as topics are discussed.
- End the Recording - Click Stop. The AI processes the transcript and generates your results.

Playbooks are checklists of key discussion points for your meetings. CueNotes.ai includes 7 built-in playbooks and you can create custom ones (Pro plan and above). The AI tracks items during recording and scores your completion percentage.
Can I edit speaker names?
Yes, on Standard plans and above. The AI assigns generic labels (Speaker 1, Speaker 2) which you can replace with real names. Updated names appear throughout the meeting view and in all exports.
How does pricing and billing work?
Minutes-based subscription model. All plans include microphone, system audio, and combined audio recording. Free plan gives 10 minutes/month. Paid plans give more minutes and unlock additional features: Standard adds full analysis tools, Pro adds custom playbooks and PDF customisation, Pro+ adds premium support and priority processing. Bespoke/Enterprise is a self-hosted option — contact us for custom pricing. Minutes reset on renewal for cloud plans.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan reverts to free (10 minutes/month). Your previous meeting data is kept. You can re-subscribe at any time.
How many meetings can I store?
You can store up to 20 meetings on all plans. When you reach the limit, the oldest meeting is automatically removed to make room for new ones.
Is my data secure?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Audio is processed in real time and not stored as files — only transcription and analysis are saved. Accounts have email verification and brute-force protection.
